| User | Person account authenticated with email/password; may join multiple Businesses. |
| Role | Permission set within a Business; assigned on invite and membership. |
| Business Application | Integration credential (X-Client-Id / X-Client-Secret) with resource scopes. |
| Scope | Per-resource create/read/update/delete flags on a Business Application. |
| Session cookie _i_s | httpOnly cookie for browser sessions (Redis-backed). |
| Soft-delete | Delete removes from active use without guaranteeing immediate hard erasure. |
| Plan | Subscription tier key: free, starter, growth, or scale. |
| CRM invoice | Customer-facing invoice under /api/invoices — not a Stripe subscription receipt. |
| Stripe webhook | Platform billing webhook only; not a general tenant event catalog. |
